Do you undertake all sizes and types of conversions?
Yes, our teams can also provide additional building services details of which can be discussed with our surveyor.

How long will my work take?
Every project assessed by Rianna Construction will be translated into a written quotation where we will state both a proposed start date , end date for and payment schedule.

As a guide we would estimate the average loft conversion to take 6-8 weeks and similar for a single storey side/rear extension. The Planning process can take between 2-3 months but this is dependant on your Local Authority.

How will my project be managed?
Every project undertaken by Rianna Construction is allocated a dedicated project manager who will be formally introduced to a customer before the commencement of any works. He will act as the main point of contact throughout the works, keeping you fully informed as to what's happening, when it's happening and how long it's going to take.

Is the quality of your work guaranteed?

Are you insured to carry out works on my property?
Yes. All Rianna Construction teams' carry full Public Liability and Employers Insurance to the value of _ 6 million for all works undertaken.

Do I need Planning Permission for my work?
Not all building works or changes of use need planning permission. Generally speaking, it is not required for changes to the inside or for small alterations to the outside of a property.
