During 2014 Rianna Construction Ltd undertook an attic conversion and ancillary works at my house. The project was completed to a very high standard on time and on budget . I would have no hesitation in recommending them. They were excellent – professional, effective and efficient. They worked very closely with my architect revising any plans that were requested along the way with very good grace. During 2010 I undertook to make my home more energy efficient by installing dry lining internally and upgrading the attic insulation. From the initial meeting and throughout the project Donal and his team were professional and delivered very high quality workmanship. The project finished on schedule, one week from start to finish. Donal also added value by pointing out some problem areas which came to light and he was able to fix these as part of the project at a reasonable cost.
