In more recent years Rianna Construction Limited have become involved in the restoration and conservation of a number of Georgian properties in the Dublin area. Projects of this type typically involve building using traditional methods such as;
- lime mortar brick work
- limecrete floors
- lath & lime plaster
- lime rendering
- re-pointing of existing brick work using lime mortar
Projects of this nature involve particular attention to detail both in preparation of substrates, production and application of materials and finishes all of which we are particularly interested in.
