Changing four pokey rooms into one large kitchen/diner has been life altering for us! We have lots of room for our expanding family now. Our new kitchen is the warmest place in the house when the weather is bad outside. When the weather is nice, we can open wide the doors onto the garden and it is heaven. It has been a couple of years since you completed this job and everything is still perfect. No leaks or cracks or draughts. We still get compliments from visitors when they see the change in the layout. We wish you very success in your future endeavours and would be happy to recommend Rianna to others.

During 2010 I undertook to make my home more energy efficient by installing dry lining internally and upgrading the attic insulation.�From the initial meeting and throughout the project Donal and his team were professional and delivered very high quality workmanship. During 2014 Rianna Construction Ltd undertook an attic conversion and ancillary works at my house. The project was completed to a very high standard on time and on budget . I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
They were excellent � professional, effective and efficient. They worked very closely with my architect revising any plans that were requested along the way with very good grace. On an ongoing basis they provided me with details of the work completed showing all the costing which I really appreciated as I was working to a strict budget. They also had great ideas on different finishes!!
